I have a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology and over ten years of training and experience in the assessment, prevention, and treatment of a wide variety of personal and mental health issues. I have a particular interest in mood and anxiety disorders, women’s wellness, and perinatal mental health.

Therapy Approach

I offer Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and incorporate Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) and Schema Therapy where appropriate.
