I am a registered counsellor working with adults navigating periods of change, uncertainty, grief, burnout, relationship difficulties, and persistent life patterns that no longer seem to fit. I completed my Master of Counselling and Psychotherapy at ACAP University and have developed expertise in psychodynamic therapy and attachment theory.
Alongside private practice, I have spent more than a decade working in leadership, organisational development, and change management roles across complex systems. This experience has given me a deep appreciation for the pressures people carry, often while appearing capable and functioning well on the surface.
My work is grounded in contemporary counselling practice while remaining attentive to the deeper emotional, relational, and developmental factors that shape how people experience themselves, others, and the world around them.
I believe that some experiences do not resolve through effort or insight alone. They change only when they are held long enough to be understood. My approach focuses on exploring both what is happening in the present and the deeper forces that shape behavior, relationships, and identity over time.
Providing safe, ethical, and evidence-informed care is central to my practice. I engage in ongoing professional development, clinical supervision, and reflective practice to ensure clients receive high-quality support.
Therapy is collaborative and tailored to the individual rather than applying a one-size-fits-all approach. I regularly review progress with clients, remain attentive to feedback, and work within professional standards, ethical guidelines, and my scope of practice.
Where appropriate, I collaborate with other health professionals to support continuity of care and positive therapeutic outcomes.
I offer integrative therapy that draws on psychodynamic therapy, attachment theory, and evidence-based counseling practices. My sessions explore themes such as burnout, relationship dynamics, grief, and identity development.
