I have been practicing for nearly 40 years, starting my career as a child and adolescent psychologist working in schools and the Family Court of Australia. In the last 15 years, I have worked with adults in general practice and in Employee Assistance Programs. My ability to relate and empathise with a wide range of people has been enhanced by my own life experiences and learning.

Philosophy and Vision

I take a holistic approach with the people I work with and apply evidence-based practice, which incorporates philosophical and spiritual dimensions. I believe in the importance of mindfulness and have personally meditated for over 20 years.

I offer a range of services including anxiety, depression, grief and loss, anger management, relationships, eating disorders, stress, and self-esteem issues. My approach combines various therapeutic techniques, including CBT and integrative psychotherapy.
