Psychologist
I have worked as a psychologist with adults (18+) experiencing a range of difficulties, including anxiety and depression, work/study/general stress, burnout, grief, interpersonal/relationship issues, as well as LGBTQIA+ and self-esteem related difficulties. I use a mix of evidence-based approaches in a collaborative, relatable and non-judgmental way to help clients work through their difficulties and reach their goals. Prior to becoming a psychologist, I worked as an accountant for many years and have a unique understanding of corporate cultures and workplace related stressors.
I believe in a collaborative and relatable approach to therapy, where evidence-based methods are used to help clients achieve their goals in a non-judgmental environment.
I offer individual therapy using approaches such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Solution Focused/Brief Therapy.
