I am a Registered Psychologist who works collaboratively with clients to support improved life outcomes. I have experience across a range of settings, including professional sport, schools and universities, corporate environments, and the public sector. Before transitioning into organisational psychology, I spent over a decade working in high-performance sport and coaching, which continues to inform my work today.
At the core of my approach is the belief that meaningful change comes from aligning actions with personal values and motivations. I aim to help individuals gain clarity around what matters most to them and support them in making choices that reflect those priorities. My vision is to empower clients to build a more purposeful, balanced, and fulfilling life.
I am committed to delivering high-quality, practical, and evidence-informed psychological support. I tailor my approach to suit each individual, drawing on my diverse experience across performance, education, and organisational settings. My focus is on providing strategies that are not only effective but also sustainable in everyday life.
My approach is collaborative and goal-oriented, focusing on identifying core values and aligning behaviours with them. I work with individuals across the lifespan and have a particular interest in performance psychology—whether in sport, the arts, or other high-pressure environments.
I also focus on men’s mental health, career and vocational development, and building coping and self-management skills. This includes support for stress, burnout, self-esteem, social skills, and mild to moderate anxiety and depression. I aim to equip clients with practical tools and strategies that enhance resilience, performance, and overall wellbeing.
