My background includes working in various government, non-government, and educational settings in England and Australia, particularly in the grief and loss field. I continuously engage in professional development activities to stay updated in the field.

My work assists individuals in reflecting on and engaging with their lived experiences, which fosters an expanding awareness of internal processes and their interactions with external life.
