I am a psychotherapist and counsellor offering a supportive space for individuals to explore their inner world, patterns of relating, and lived emotional experience. My work is centred on helping people reconnect with themselves in a deeper and more compassionate way, particularly when they feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or caught in recurring emotional or relational patterns.

Many of the people I work with are navigating anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, self-worth difficulties, grief, or a general sense of feeling lost or disconnected from themselves. I offer a calm, reflective space where these experiences can be gently explored without judgement.

My approach is integrative, drawing from psychotherapy, counselling, somatic awareness, spirituality, attachment-based theory, and depth-oriented frameworks. I work with both present-day concerns and the underlying emotional and relational patterns that shape them.

Sessions are offered online across Australia and in-person in the Mackay region of Queensland.

Philosophy and Vision

My philosophy is grounded in the belief that healing is not about becoming someone different, but about returning to a more authentic and integrated sense of self.

I view psychological distress not as pathology, but as meaningful communication from the psyche—often pointing toward unmet needs, unresolved emotional experiences, or disowned aspects of self that are seeking recognition.

My vision is to offer a space where individuals can safely explore their inner world, make sense of their experiences, and reconnect with parts of themselves that may have been suppressed, fragmented, or forgotten through life experiences.

I hold therapy as a relational and collaborative process where awareness, compassion, and insight create the conditions for meaningful and lasting change.

I endeavour to help people integrate their wounds, reconnect with their true essence and feel empowered to live authentically.

Quality Provision

I am committed to providing a safe, respectful, and ethically grounded therapeutic service. I maintain clear professional boundaries, uphold confidentiality in accordance with legal and ethical standards, and engage in ongoing professional development to support the quality of my work.

I work within the scope of my training and experience and will refer to or collaborate with other health professionals when appropriate to ensure client wellbeing and safety.

My practice is guided by respect for client autonomy, cultural sensitivity, and a non-judgemental stance. I aim to provide a consistent and reliable therapeutic environment where clients feel supported to explore their concerns at their own pace.

Therapy Approach

My therapeutic approach is integrative and tailored to the individual needs of each client.

I draw from:

Psychodynamic and depth-oriented psychotherapy
Attachment-based and relational frameworks
Somatic awareness and body-based understanding of emotional experience
Counselling approaches focused on present-moment support and emotional regulation
Elements of Jungian-informed work, including exploration of unconscious patterns, meaning, and identity
Shamanism and spiritual integration

In sessions, we may explore current challenges alongside deeper relational and emotional patterns that influence how you think, feel, and relate to others. This may include exploring early experiences, internalised beliefs, nervous system responses, and parts of self that feel in conflict or disowned.

The work is collaborative, paced according to your readiness, and focused on building insight, emotional integration, and a more compassionate relationship with yourself.
