I am a registered psychologist based in Perth WA and the founder of Green Lion Psychology. My work is grounded in evidence-based practice and shaped by warmth, curiosity, and respect for each person’s unique story. I work primarily with adults and couples seeking support for anxiety, stress, ADHD, trauma recovery, grief, addiction, and relationship challenges. My goal is to help clients better understand themselves, strengthen emotional regulation, and move toward greater confidence and connection in their lives.

Philosophy and Vision

At Green Lion Psychology, I believe meaningful change happens when we feel seen, understood, and safe enough to explore the deeper layers of our experience. My philosophy integrates compassion with curiosity, helping clients connect with their inner resilience, values, and capacity for growth. I am passionate about creating a therapy space that is inclusive, neurodiversity-affirming, and LGBTQIA+ supportive, where all identities and lived experiences are welcomed and respected.

Quality Provision

Quality care means providing therapy that is both evidence-based and deeply attuned to each client’s individuality. I am committed to ongoing professional development, regular supervision, and reflective practice to ensure that the support I provide is ethical, informed, and responsive. Sessions are guided by collaboration—clients are active participants in shaping their therapeutic goals and pace.

Therapy Approach

My practice is attachment-based and trauma-informed, recognising the importance of safety, connection, and the early relational patterns that shape how we see ourselves and others. I integrate Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) to help clients develop awareness, emotional flexibility, and practical coping skills. I also draw on the Unified Protocol for Emotional Disorders and Schema Therapy to address underlying patterns that contribute to distress. Where appropriate, I incorporate psychodynamic principles to deepen insight and foster lasting change. Each session is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to meet the unique needs of every individual and couple I work with.
