I am a Clinical Psychologist who has worked in a variety of different settings, including private practice, employment assistance schemes, and Government settings. I specifically work with adults, providing a warm, kind, and non-judgmental atmosphere, allowing my clients to explore issues that may be preventing them from living a more fulfilling life. I have been practicing since 2012.

I believe in using empathy to help clients find a new way of getting through life, where they begin to enjoy it again.

I use a variety of approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Schema Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy, and Mindfulness Based Techniques.
