I have been practicing as a psychologist and have extensive experience in assessing and providing psychological interventions for generalized anxiety, social anxiety, depression, mood disorders, substance use, stress, adjustment, workplace issues, and relational difficulties. I trained and worked as a professional actor before becoming a psychologist, which helps me connect with highly creative individuals.
