I am Sasha Dulnuan, a registered psychologist with over 23 years of experience in supporting individuals through life’s challenges. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working in a variety of settings, including private practice, community-based services, and not-for-profit organisations. This diverse experience has allowed me to work with clients of all ages, from children to adults, facing a wide range of emotional, psychological, and behavioural difficulties.
My therapeutic approach is grounded in compassion, respect, and evidence-based practices. I am dedicated to creating a safe and supportive space where clients feel empowered to explore their concerns, gain valuable insights, and build the skills needed to achieve personal growth and well-being.
I focus on a client-centred approach and draw upon a range of evidence-based therapeutic approaches that include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Solution Focused Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing.
