Clinical Psychologist at PP Psychology
I have been practicing for almost 30 years, focusing on Parenting and Perinatal Mental Health. I hold a Honours Degree in Bachelor of Psychological Science and a Bachelor of Social Science and Psychology. I have worked extensively with women and families, providing support for issues such as Depression, Anxiety, Grief, Trauma, and more. I am also a mother of two boys and have a passion for helping parents navigate the perinatal period.
I believe in a genuine, empathic approach to support parents, especially those who have experienced loss. My focus is on connection, nurturing, self-care, and mindfulness.
I utilize a combined approach of Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Dialectic Behaviour Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Person-Centered Therapy to support women during the perinatal period.
