Clinical Psychologist at Head On Health
I am a registered psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and a Member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS). I hold a Master of Professional Psychology from Griffith University and a Bachelor of Psychology (Honours) from Edith Cowan University, where I was awarded academic excellence at both institutions. My Honour’s research explored altruism in female egg donors in IVF settings across Australia. I provide psychological support to children, adolescents, adults, and older adults across a broad range of clinical presentations.
I am committed to creating a safe, inclusive, and non-judgmental therapeutic space. I work collaboratively with clients to explore their values, develop adaptive coping strategies, and make meaningful changes in their lives.
I draw on a range of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT). I have completed over 200 hours of training in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and integrate mindfulness practices to support emotional regulation, psychological flexibility, and overall well-being.
