I have been registered with the Psychology Board of Australia (AHPRA) as a psychologist since 2010 and hold endorsements in Clinical and Forensic Psychology. After graduating, I worked as a Senior Research Assistant for three years, publishing research articles in various areas. In private practice, I work mostly with adolescents and adults to address mental health concerns including anxiety, depression, and trauma. I provide therapy in English, Mandarin, and Hokkien.

I believe in utilizing an eclectic approach in therapy, drawing from various modalities to best meet the needs of my clients. My focus is on creating a safe and supportive environment for healing.

Therapy Approach

I offer a range of therapeutic services including CBT, ACT, Schema-focused Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and Compassion-Focused Therapy. I have a special interest in trauma/PTSD and am an accredited EMDR practitioner.
