I have been practicing since 2009 and have worked in private practice since 2013. I joined Mind on Health in 2015. I am experienced with a wide range of presentations and cultural backgrounds, and I work collaboratively with clients to help them achieve their goals and enhance their self-understanding, well-being, and resilience.
I believe in providing evidence-based treatment tailored to the individual needs of my clients. My approach is warm and friendly, focusing on building rapport to facilitate effective therapy.
I offer a variety of empirically-supported treatment modalities, including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Schema Therapy, and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR).
