I have been a psychologist for over 30 years, and I have worked in both the public and private sectors. My practice focuses on helping individuals, couples, and families address psychological and emotional difficulties, including trauma, loss and grief, anxiety, depression, and relationship issues.
I believe in treating clients with empathy and compassion, helping them to identify and communicate their needs and emotions, and working towards understanding, acceptance, and compassion in their relationships.
I offer a range of therapeutic approaches including CBT, Mindfulness, ACT, Schema Therapy, and DBT. My approach combines these techniques to address various psychological issues effectively.
