I have been practicing as a Clinical Psychologist since 2017, with over 10 years of experience in the mental health sector. My work spans various settings including schools, community mental health teams, inpatient mental health, and private practice. I currently work at The Road Psychology and in public community mental health, where I support adults dealing with depression, anxiety, and trauma.

I am passionate about mental health, finding my work meaningful and enriching. I continuously learn from my clients and am inspired by the insights shared in our work together.

Therapy Approach

I offer a range of evidence-based therapies including Schema Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT), and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). I am also undertaking training in EMDR in October 2025.
