I have been practicing for over two decades in mental health, gaining extensive experience in various areas. My qualifications include a Bachelor of Science (Psychology), a Graduate Diploma in Psychological Science, and a Bachelor of Psychological Science (Honours). I am currently completing a PhD research project in Psychology. In addition to private practice, I have worked as a School Counsellor in several local primary schools, significantly reducing incidents of behavioral issues and supporting communities through crises.

Philosophy and Vision

I believe in supporting people of all ages and backgrounds to make positive changes in their lives. My approach focuses on helping clients let go of burdens and challenges, enabling them to flourish.

Therapy Approach

I offer a combined approach using strength-based techniques, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, and Solution Focused Brief Therapy. When working with children and young people, I incorporate play-based activities.
