In-Sight Narrative Therapy
I have been practicing for over 25 years, focusing on young people, couples, and families. I graduated from UNSW in 1994 with a Bachelor of Science (Psychology) Hons degree. I have worked in community mental health settings, schools, and private practice, establishing In-Sight Narrative Therapy in 2008. My experience includes providing clinical supervision and training in trauma and working with young people.
I believe in the capacity of individuals to move away from problems and towards richer alternatives. My work is inspired by the stories people share and their ability to draw on knowledge and resources to cope with distress.
I specialize in Narrative Therapy, which involves a collaborative approach to dealing with life's challenges. This method allows clients to explore their issues and understand the influences affecting their lives.
