I have over 15 years experience as a registered psychologist. I strive to provide effective, best-practice, ethical, professional, warm, friendly and non-judgemental counseling and therapy services. I have extensive additional training and experience in most modern forms of psychotherapy including CBT, psychodynamic and trauma therapy and I am an Advanced Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapist to assist with recovery from past trauma.

I believe in the importance of being an eclectic and adaptable therapist in order to understand and treat a variety of problems. My approach focuses on recognizing and building on one’s unique strengths, fostering positive unconditional self-regard for oneself and others.

I offer a range of services including anxiety and depression therapy, anger management, and relationship counseling. My approach combines evidence-based psychology therapy with positive psychology and life coaching strategies.
