I’m Phillip, a registered psychologist with over a decade of experience working across the lifespan including children and adults with autism and ADHD, specialising in trauma-based interventions and holistic well-being. I work to help clients critically examine their experiences and find healing and meaning within the depths of life’s most challenging transitions, fostering resilience and deeper understanding along the way.

Philosophy and Vision

My approach integrates evidence-based practices with existential psychotherapy, guiding individuals through complex issues such as PTSD, sexual abuse, grief, trauma, loss, ADHD, autism, eating disorders, depression, and death anxiety. My focus is on creating a space where transformation and self-discovery can emerge from even the most difficult circumstances.

Therapy Approach

I specialise in trauma-based interventions and holistic well-being.
