I have been practicing as a Counselling Psychologist since 2011, after graduating from Auckland University of Technology. My career has spanned various therapeutic settings, including roles in youth mental health and as a manager of a university counselling service. I have extensive experience working with adolescents, young adults, and adults, addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, and trauma.
I believe in creating a safe, collaborative space where clients can explore their challenges. My approach is grounded in compassion and understanding, focusing on the unique experiences of each individual. I strive to foster resilience and personal growth in my clients.
I am registered with the Psychology Board of Australia and maintain regular clinical supervision. I engage in ongoing professional development to ensure that I provide evidence-based, high-quality care to my clients.
I offer a range of therapeutic services, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness-based approaches. My work is tailored to meet the individual needs of my clients, whether in individual or group settings.
