I have been practicing as a psychologist since completing my training at the Cairnmillar Institute in 2020. My experience spans private practice and hospital settings, where I have supported children, adolescents, and adults across a wide range of mental health concerns, including depression, anxiety, disordered eating, and trauma. I am committed to creating a safe, non-judgmental space for my clients.
I believe in the power of self-discovery and work to empower clients as they take meaningful steps toward lasting personal growth and change. My approach is warm, genuine, and empathetic, creating a safe environment for clients to express themselves openly.
I offer a collaborative and client-centered approach, drawing from various therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT). My sessions are tailored to meet the individual needs of my clients.
