I have been practicing for 24 years, including ten years in private practice in Albany, Western Australia. I have worked with complex dual diagnosis patients in the UK and have facilitated psychotherapy groups at Abbotsford Private Hospital. I established PsyQuest in West Perth in 2021, utilizing the skills of three experienced clinical psychologists.

I create a warm and confidential environment for clients to explore their concerns and work through challenges. My approach is trauma-informed, tailored to individual needs, and I respect each person's journey.

Therapy Approach

I offer a range of therapies including Schema Focussed Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT), and Emotion Focussed Couple Therapy. My practice includes both face-to-face and secure telehealth consultations.
