Natalia Sadykova is a Clinical Psychology Registrar with a strong interest in providing neuroaffirming, strengths-based, and trauma-focused care to individuals across the lifespan. Natalia has experience supporting neurodivergent individuals, as well as clients from diverse backgrounds, including CALD communities, LGBTQIA+ individuals, and people with disabilities.
Natalia provides trauma-informed support for individuals who have experienced acute, developmental, or complex trauma, and works at a pace that prioritises safety, choice, and collaboration.
She draws on a range of evidence-based and relational approaches, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), EMDR, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), mindfulness-based approaches, and relational and multicultural frameworks. Her work is culturally sensitive and tailored to each client’s individual needs, goals, and lived experience.
