I have been practicing as a registered psychologist, supporting individuals across the lifespan through various psychological challenges. My background includes working in educational and school settings, collaborating with families to create meaningful and lasting change. I also have experience in elite sports and performance, drawing from my own experience as a former elite swimmer.
