Psychologist
I have been practicing as a psychologist since 2005 and have worked in various settings, including private practice. My background as a trauma-informed yoga teacher informs my holistic approach to therapy. I specialize in helping adults and couples navigate anxiety, trauma, ADHD, relationship struggles, identity issues, and perinatal mental health.
I believe in a grounded, compassionate, and collaborative approach to therapy. Healing doesn't always look polished, and I encourage my clients to embrace the messy parts of life with self-compassion.
I offer a mix of evidence-based approaches, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and psychodynamic principles, integrated with mind-body tools from my background in trauma yoga and mindfulness.
