I have been practicing as a clinical psychologist for a decade, primarily working with adolescents and young adults. My experience in the education system has given me a deep understanding of how various factors impact wellbeing. I have recently opened a private practice where I accept both child and adult clients, and I aim to create a warm and curious environment in therapy.
I believe psychotherapy is beneficial not only for the treatment of mental illness but also for bringing out the best in ourselves. My approach is evidence-based and tailored to the unique perspectives of my clients, helping them to understand themselves and develop strategies for life's challenges.
I offer a range of services including academic performance support, anxiety treatment, life coaching, and more. My therapeutic approaches include Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness-based cognitive therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
