I love my role as a clinical psychologist and enjoy working with women, supporting them to make meaningful change that helps them to lead happier and healthier lives. I take a holistic approach to therapy believing in the connection of body, mind, and spirit.
I believe that we all have the answers within us, but we sometimes need a little help and support to discover them! My approach focuses on promoting health, healing, and optimal well-being while helping you find meaning and purpose in your life.
I offer a range of services including ACT, DBT, mindfulness-based cognitive therapy, solution-focused therapy, CBT, IPT, and psychodynamic interventions. My approach integrates body, mind, and spirit to facilitate increased well-being and personal insight.
