I have been practicing as a psychologist with extensive experience in the non-government and not-for-profit sector. I work with adolescents, adults, older adults, and couples from all walks of life. My goal is to provide a safe, grounding, accepting, and enjoyable space to connect authentically with clients, supporting them to gain understanding and insight into their barriers to growth.
I believe in empowering clients to take steps towards change and growth, uncovering their hopes for the future, and providing tools for continued self-development.
I offer an integrative counselling approach drawing from various interventions including Narrative Therapy, Systems Therapy, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Interpersonal Therapy (IPT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Mindfulness-Based Therapy.
