Clinical Psychologist at Lakeside Rooms
I am a Provisional Psychologist in the final semester of my Master of Clinical Psychology at Griffith University, with a passion for working collaboratively with individuals and families to create meaningful, lasting change. My clinical experience spans diverse settings, including the Alcohol and Other Drugs (AOD) service, where I supported clients navigating addiction alongside complex mental health challenges. I have also been an active team member in the Family Interaction Program (FIP), working with caregivers and children to strengthen relationships and reduce emotional and behavioural stress.
I believe that empowered caregivers create empowered children. My approach focuses on understanding underlying drivers rather than just surface symptoms.
I offer therapy for children, adolescents, and families, utilizing a trauma-informed, attachment-focused therapeutic style tailored to each client’s unique needs. My approaches include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT).
