Psychologist
I have been practicing as a registered Psychologist since 2004, working across both organisational and clinical settings. My experience has allowed me to develop a genuine understanding of the varied life impacts on mental health. I work predominantly with late adolescents and adults, helping them cope with stressors and the ups and downs of everyday life.
I believe in taking a warm and engaging approach to support people in managing issues that impact their overall sense of well-being. My focus is on helping clients overcome obstacles that hold them back in life or career.
I offer a range of evidence-based psychological therapies, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Schema Therapy, and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR).
