Hi, I'm Leila, and I've been fascinated by people for as long as I can remember. What makes someone light up in one room but shrink in another? How do our relationships shape who we become as leaders, teams, or entire organisations? That curiosity became a lifelong journey.

In my late teens, I roamed the streets with my old SLR camera, capturing candid portraits and developing the prints by hand in a darkroom. Even then, I was trying to understand something deeper: what's underneath the surface?

That instinct to see people, to notice nuance, pattern, and potential — led me through a vibrant career that has always revolved around human connection. From documentary-making with families and children, to studying applied psychology and earning my master's in social work, to building and leading multidisciplinary teams across complex systems of care, my path has been rich, real, and grounded in service.

Over the last 20+ years, I've worked across mental health, homelessness, education, healthcare, and corporate leadership. I've supported boards and frontline teams alike to build trust, communicate clearly, and unlock their collective potential. My style is integrative, strategic, and heart-centred — blending evidence-based frameworks with intuitive insight and cultural sensitivity.

Today, I partner with individuals, teams, and organisations to build cultures of cohesion, clarity, and courage. I help leaders lead with presence. Teams communicate with purpose. And organisations align around values that matter.

Whether I'm designing a leadership program, facilitating a team reset, or guiding a cultural transformation journey, I'm here to bring the best out of people, and help them bring their best to the work they do.
