Clinical Psychologist at Living Well Psychology & Support
I am a Clinical Psychologist who completed my Bachelor of Psychology at ACU, and Postgraduate Diploma of Psychology and Masters of Psychology (Clinical) at Bond University. I have worked in the public health sector at the Gold Coast Interdisciplinary Persistent Pain Centre for three years, and five years with complex Family Law clients at Relationships Australia in the Parenting Orders Program. I work individually with late adolescents, adults, and older adults, focusing on separation and family breakdown, as well as anxiety and mood disorders.
I believe in an empathic, holistic, and collaborative approach to treatment and recovery. My goal is to create a supportive environment where clients can explore their challenges and work towards meaningful change.
I offer Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) and work with a range of adult presentations, including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, substance abuse, and family stress.
