I qualified as a Clinical Psychologist in 2000 and have worked in private practice since then. In my early career, I worked in a school for children with learning difficulties, where my role was to support both the students and their parents. I immigrated to Australia from South Africa in 2011 and have been practising in Sydney since then. As a mum, I have a particular interest in helping parents navigate the challenges and joys of bringing up a child.

I believe in a strong and collaborative therapeutic relationship as the foundation of insight, healing, and personal growth. My approach focuses on empathetic listening and understanding emotional patterns.
