I have extensive experience working in both educational and therapeutic settings, with a deep knowledge and understanding of the pressures experienced by young people and their families. I am especially passionate about supporting and empowering girls through mid-late childhood, adolescent development, and young adulthood. I have a wealth of experience with a range of issues including anxiety, social difficulties, emotion regulation, low self-esteem, appearance-related issues, perfectionism, and education-related concerns. I also enjoy working in the wellbeing space, leading retreats and creating immersive and mindful experiences for women.
I believe in a client-centred and holistic approach to therapy, drawing on a variety of evidence-based treatment approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Mindfulness, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy, and Positive Psychology. My approach focuses on creating an engaging and safe environment where clients feel supported to make sustainable and positive change.
I offer individual therapy, groups, psycho-educational assessments, and retreats. My approach combines various techniques to help clients build self-awareness, emotional regulation, and resilience.
