I have been practicing for over 20 years in both clinical and corporate settings. I completed my Masters degree in Business Science at the University of Cape Town, and I hold an Honours degree in Adult Education, a Bachelor of Commerce degree, and a Diploma in Counselling. I am also a Board approved supervisor.

I offer an eclectic approach that includes Schema Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution Focused Therapy (SFT), and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR).
