I founded Still I Rise Psychology while working as a Clinical Psychologist in community mental health, helping children, adolescents, parents, and families. Throughout my psychology career, I’ve worked across both private and public sector organisations and with clients across the entire lifespan. I see telehealth as an effective means of helping to reduce mental health inequalities. I’m passionate about helping clients foster a sense of hope and possibility, and to experience fulfilling, joyful and meaningful lives.

I believe in a respectful, compassionate, collaborative approach that prioritizes client-centered, strengths-based, and trauma-informed methods. My goal is to create a safe and non-judgmental therapeutic space for my clients.

Therapy Approach

I offer a range of services including ACT, DBT, Humanistic therapy, Narrative therapy, CBT, EMDR, and IPT. My approach is integrative, tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.
