Kelly Whittaker brings both clinical expertise and heartfelt compassion to her work. With a Bachelor of Psychological Science and a Master of Social Work, Kelly has extensive experience supporting individuals and families through anxiety, emotional overwhelm, life transitions, and relational challenges.
Kelly has a particular focus on working with children. She is passionate about helping young people develop emotional confidence, resilience, and a strong sense of identity. She understands that when a child is struggling, the whole family feels it - and she works collaboratively with parents to create lasting, practical change. Her approach is warm, engaging, and developmentally informed, helping children feel safe, understood, and empowered.
Kelly believes emotional health and spiritual growth are closely connected. She creates a safe and respectful space where clients can explore their challenges honestly, strengthen their faith, and move forward with clarity and hope.
In addition to her counselling work, Kelly serves as Clinical Director of Counselling Care Dalby and enjoys developing programs supporting children’s mental health. She is particularly passionate about equipping parents with tools to nurture emotionally secure, confident children.
Kelly creates a safe and respectful space where clients can explore their struggles honestly, strengthen their faith, and move forward with clarity and hope.
