I’m Kelly, a Health and Clinical Psychologist. I’ve been working as a psychologist for over 20 years and have completed health and clinical psychology training. My experience includes work in multiple settings such as the Army, government, consulting, psycho-oncology, and private practice.
I believe in improving a person’s well-being by addressing mental health, physical health, and relationship difficulties. My integrated approach ensures that all aspects of your health are considered in the therapeutic process, leading to more comprehensive and lasting results.
I offer a variety of therapy approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Schema Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Solution-Focused Therapy. My goal is to support behaviour change strategies that help clients break unhelpful habits, improve their health, address their symptoms and enhance their mental health.
