At In Bloom Psychology, I am a trauma-sensitive Clinical Psychologist and Supervisor working from Abbotsford Convent or telehealth. I have over 19 years of experience working with adults facing a wide range of mental health issues from all walks of life. In particular, I provide therapy for people with trauma (PTSD and Complex PTSD), anxiety and depression, OCD, life transitions and adjustment issues, grief and loss and chronic pain. I also have an interest in supporting health professionals or helping professionals with work stress, burnout, vicarious trauma and compassionate fatigue. Additionally, I am a Board Approved Supervisor and provide supervision to psychologists, clinical psychologist or clinical registrars.
