I have been practicing since 2018 and have worked in primary and secondary schools, community, and private practice settings. I completed my Master of Educational and Developmental Psychology (Advanced) through Monash University and have developed expertise in supporting children, adolescents, and families.

Therapy Approach

I offer a range of services including psychological assessments and therapy for anxiety, school refusal, and parenting support. My approach combines Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT).
