I have been counselling adults, adolescents, and couples since 2004. My clinical training and experience began in community mental health services, with work in a private psychiatric hospital following. I am dedicated to helping clients realise their strengths and achieve their full potential.

Philosophy and Vision

I believe that every relationship undergoes peaks and troughs, and it is ordinary for couples to experience a loss of closeness amid troubles. My approach focuses on building a therapeutic alliance, which plays a vital role in the change process.

Therapy Approach

I offer couples counselling using the Gottman Method, which is an evidence-based approach to relationships. My sessions begin with a comprehensive assessment to tailor the counselling plan to the unique needs of each couple.
