I have been practicing as a counselling psychologist for over 25 years, working in various settings including hospitals, community health, universities, and not-for-profit organizations in Ireland, the UK, and Australia. My approach is collaborative and supportive, aimed at fostering self-understanding and self-acceptance in my clients.
I believe in creating a warm, collaborative environment that promotes growth and awareness. My goal is to empower clients by building on their strengths and helping them find meaningful paths in their lives.
I utilize a variety of therapeutic approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution Focused Therapy, Mindfulness traditions, and Existential Therapy to address a range of issues such as anxiety, depression, and stress management.
