I am an experienced Clinical Psychologist with a demonstrated history of working in psychiatric and neurological public and private mental health care sectors in South Africa, as well as in private practice in Australia. I ran my own private practice in Johannesburg for 5 years before immigrating to Australia. I am a Clinical Neuropsychology Registrar and an AHPRA-registered Board Approved Supervisor.

Therapy Approach

I offer a range of therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Enhanced-Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (e-CBT), and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR). My approach combines these techniques to address a wide variety of presentations.
