He provides practical, compassionate support for individuals, couples and families.

Therapy Approach
James draws on cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), rational emotive behaviour therapy (REBT), person-centred, solution-focused and interpersonal approaches. Support is tailored for concerns including anxiety, depression, stress, relationship difficulties, adjustment, emotional regulation and life transitions. Some assessment as required.
