I have been practicing as a Clinical Psychologist in Perth since 2020. I completed a Bachelor of Science with Honours in Psychology at The University of Western Australia and a Masters in Clinical Psychology at James Cook University. I enjoy working collaboratively with adolescents (12+) and adults to address a variety of presenting issues, including anxiety, depression, stress management, and performance psychology.

Philosophy and Vision

I believe longstanding change is made possible through a trusting therapeutic relationship where topics can be non-judgementally explored, meaningful goals are set, and tailored interventions are utilized.

Therapy Approach

My therapeutic approach is most heavily influenced by Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Schema Therapy, and I also draw on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Attachment and Family Systems approaches where appropriate.
