Clinical Psychologist at Living Well Psychology & Support
I am a Registered Psychologist with a Master’s in Clinical Psychology. Growing up on the Gold Coast, I found my passion for psychology during high school. I studied a Bachelor of Psychological Science at Griffith University in 2016 and a Postgraduate degree at Bond University in 2020. I have worked as a support worker with children with Autism and ADHD, which provided me with valuable insights into the challenges faced by families. I am currently an assistant teaching fellow at Bond University and have presented at local schools.
I believe in the power of the mind and the importance of creating fulfilling lives. My approach focuses on positive psychology and helping clients overcome difficulties.
I offer a range of therapeutic approaches including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT). My practice is centered around understanding each client's unique needs.
