Psychologist
I am a Psychologist and a Focusing-Oriented Therapist. I have experience working with adolescents and adults in non-profit organisations and private practice. My listening skills developed further with Nonviolent Communication, which taught me to listen beyond words, for people’s feelings and needs. During my 4-year training as a Focusing-Oriented Therapist, I learned that what is most important is to teach people how to listen to themselves.
I believe in a personalized and thoughtful approach to therapy, integrating cognitive and behavioral strategies alongside somatic approaches. My goal is to help clients cope better from the start while fostering deeper, more lasting change.
My approach combines strategies from conventional talk therapy, such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), with Focusing-Oriented Therapy, an experiential, body-based practice.
