I am an accomplished Provisional Psychologist who enjoys working in a range of diverse settings with children, adolescents, adults, and the elderly. I have been practicing since 2022 and am deeply passionate about fostering positive mental health and well-being for all individuals.
I believe in providing a safe and supportive environment for personal growth. My approach focuses on understanding each individual’s personal story and tailoring therapy to meet their specific needs and goals.
I primarily utilise Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) as the foundation of my therapeutic work, while also incorporating Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Mindfulness to best support each client’s unique needs.
